Middlesex alumnae Caitlin Conlon '11 and Annie Papadellis '10 are heating things up on the field hockey and soccer fields. In their Wednesday, September 18 contests, the talented athletes helped lift their respective teams to victory-coming up with big goals when needed the most!
Conlon, who plays for the women's field hockey team at Williams tallied three goals against Union to blank the Dutchmen by a score of 4-0. As a junior, the Sudbury, MA native currently leads the team in points and will undoubtedly continue to shine when the Ephs take on NESCAC rival Amherst College on Saturday, September 21 on their home field.
In other NESCAC news, Annie Papadellis scored her 10th collegiate goal for the Colby women's soccer team to lift the Mules 2-1 over the University of New England. As a junior, the Hopkinton, MA native lead the team in points with seven goals and three assists for 17 points and earned All-NESCAC second team honors as well as team MVP. For her efforts both on and off the field, she was voted captain for the 2013 season.
